Все замки и застежки работают, карман для обуви легко вмещает кроссовки 39 размера, при этом в самой сумке остаётся много места. Добротно сделан карман для мокрых вещей. Пока использовала 1 раз, дальше будет видно, как будет носиться. С продавцом не общалась.
